A few things to know before you buy
- Connector capacity: limits count providers, not each employee's account. A provider authorization can be saved during setup. Connected-data access and external actions are enabled only for production connectors listed as available in your account.
- Your shared AI pool: every plan includes a monthly pool for the whole organization. AI credits are a usage meter across GPT and Claude—not dollars and not a message count. Longer requests, larger source material, and higher-capability models use more credits.
- Reset and spending control: the pool resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over. Organization admins can see used, temporarily reserved, and remaining credits. When the remaining pool cannot cover a new request, that request pauses; Good Office does not add capacity or charge an overage automatically.
- Additional AI capacity: an organization admin can ask account support to add a prepaid 2,500-credit pack for $99. Each pack applies to one named UTC calendar month. Support confirms the month and approval before activation; nothing is added automatically.
- Private integrations: we review them before activation. Setup, remediation, hosting, or custom development may be quoted separately.
- Billing: Intuit collects the first month’s base price. We confirm additional seats and recurring billing during setup.

Starter, Team, and Business open a secure Intuit payment page for the first month. This is managed onboarding, not instant self-service activation: after payment is confirmed, a Good Office operator provisions the organization and sends the account owner a secure setup notice. The owner signs in to verify the work account; trusted workforce accounts may open immediately, while external identities may require administrator approval.
